We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them
- Items must include all original tags and packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

- We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label

Free Returns
We offer free return shipping on all approved returns. There are no restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at: support@kumfykids.com
Sizing & Exchanges
We know sizing can vary, so if an item doesn’t fit:
- You can exchange it for a different size by returning the original item first
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the correct size

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the standard return conditions (unused, with tags, original packaging).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at:
