Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Kumfy Kids purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You may return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition (with tags attached) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Email support@kumfykids.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on full-price items. Email us with the size you'd like instead, and we'll dispatch the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Gift cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed. It may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or credit card statement again, then contact your card issuer. If you've done both and still haven't received the refund, contact us at support@kumfykids.com.
