Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
Items must include all original tags and packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Reach out first: Contact us at support@kumfykids.com or +1 (212) 268-1100. If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description.
Wait for instructions: We will review your request and send you return instructions. Please do not ship anything back until you receive approval. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return the item: Once approved, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label with clear instructions.

Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
You will receive a full refund, including any original shipping fees.
We never charge restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at support@kumfykids.com with a photo. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Sizing & Exchanges
