Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Kumfy Kids currently ships only within the United States (including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and military APO/FPO addresses). We hope to expand to more destinations in the future.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
Transit time
Once dispatched, delivery within the United States takes 4-8 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States, with no minimum order value.
Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after checkout, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. If you don't receive these emails, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first. If after 48 hours the parcel still hasn't appeared, contact us at support@kumfykids.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at no additional charge.
